Our team will provide you with comprehensive information to contact your health fund for information regarding benefits etc. We will also provide you a written quote to facilitate this process.
We also accept payment plans through DentiCare. DentiCare provides a payment plan solution that is specifically designed for Orthodontic practices.

HICAPS
For your convenience About Face Orthodontics now has HICAPS which allows health insurance claims to be processed instantly on site.
Depending on which Health Insurance Fund you are insured by, you may also be able to claim future orthodontic treatment on site through the HICAPS facility.
Each fund has different policies regarding Orthodontic on site claims; therefore we recommend that you contact your health insurance prior to organising your payment to gain clarification regarding which item numbers can and cannot be claimed on site. We will provide you with item numbers to make this easier for you.
